But doesn't work externally (RDWeb or just a remote desktop). As I mentioned, everything works great internally. I can't find anything else to troubleshoot to fix this. But if I do that, even RD won't work through the web. Setup? I can double click my found server and it'll move it to the selected column and I can click next and next through the small wizard. So I think maybe I have no RD Gateway Server When I double click it, it will only open to add RD Gateway Servers. Here's a twist though: When I open my Server Manager and go to Remote Desktop Services, my RD Gateway is green with a + mark. On my IIS (on my Win 2012 server), I have gone to ServerName | Sites | Default Web Site | RDWeb | Pages - then to Application Settings, then to DefaultTSGateway and inputĮither my public IP or FQDN and neither worked. I have verified there is an A Record on my DNS server to the Windows 2012 server. I can connect internally no problem (to my collections and such). That's the error dialog box I get AFTER logging into the RD Web site and clicking on a collection of published computers. Verify the computer name and domain that you are trying to connect to. This might mean that '' does not belong to the specified network. Remote Desktop can't find the computer ''.
